RunAboutKidz Focus

ACE CertifiedACE certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor as well as CPR/First Aid certified. My prior career spanned 27 years working as an Administrative Specialist and Supervisor in the Federal Government, with 21 of those years as a Human Resource professional. Since 2003, my passion has been educating others in their health and fitness goals by offering personal and group training. Employment in this industry has included working at San Diego-based YMCA and two fitness companies, under the RunAboutKidz umbrella designing programs for members, teaching proper form, execution, safety and progression toward fitness goals. My time is now dedicated solely to RunAboutKidz clients making fitness a fun, engaging and enjoyable event. My areas of expertise and certifications include: aquatic programs, boot camp formats, cardio and endurance, cycling, functional training, Pilates, strength and conditioning, Suspension (TRX), Yoga/Flexibility, working with special populations, seniors and youth.

Among my greatest strengths is the ability to encourage, positively and gently push and motivate my clients towards success, while making fitness fun!
