Fun Fitness for All Ages!

RunAboutKidz Focus

RunAboutKidz was created to foster the youth in all ages! Initially intended to target youth based on the propensity for childhood diabetes and an increasing obesity epidemic, we quickly included adults in our formats because youth can teach adults a lot about having fun with movement. Fitness should be fun and enjoyable. With that in mind, welcome to RunAboutKidz, Fun Fitness for All Ages!

RunAboutKidz offers fun fitness for any age group. If you are a parent seeking an avenue for your children to move more and get physically-fit, RunAboutKidz offers just that! For the parents, join us for any of our formats to include:

  • Personal Training: One-on-one sessions custom-designed to assist in reaching health, fitness and wellness goals
  • Group Sessions: RunAboutKidz currently hosts the following group sessions, fun fitness in a small group setting of 3-10 participants
    • Yoga
    • Circuit
    • Cycling
    • Boot Camp

I will listen to your likes, dislikes and preferences and use this information in the safe, proper and fun design of your sessions.
